Can I evict my subletters? - massachusetts lease agreement
I am the tenant of an apartment in Massachusetts. My contract is valid for one year. I Sublette two bedrooms with two others. I feel very uncomfortable to live with them (we have completely different rules) for the cleaning of the house. A tenant has signed a sublease informally with me for six months (I typed into the computer and printed out). The other roommate who lived with the tenant before me, so that the lease on their behalf. It has signed a sublease informally with him, but not me. (For us it was) only a verbal agreement. Then he went and left me to take over the lease.
Before formally ask permission, I will be fair, a further meeting with them. But when you come to the floor, what are my rights as a tenant, this subletter "They say 30-60 days to go to."?
